Juliana has been very helpful and approachable since she took over our case. We have never filed a claim before and do not really understand the entire process. Luckily for us, Juliana was very knowledgeable and lead us step by step through the claim process. We were desperate when our insurance company pretty much rejected our claim but Juliana helped us submit an appeal and reopen the case. She took lead in liaison with the insurance company, the roof adjustor, and finally succeeded in getting the insurance company in agreement to our terms.
