Patrick/Donnie As the neighbor of a recent Dynasty client, observing the project and comparing it to the work completed by your competition to a roof replacement made on our home offered an extreme difference. A few sImple observations: Planking placed on the driveway to ensure little or no damage occurred No heavy equipment parked on driveway overnight 4 X 8 sheets of plywood protecting the dwelling (windows, doors, fixtures ) while removing roofing tiles Removal and replacement of gutters / downspouts (ladder damage to our home by selected provider) Daily clean up to the job site and surrounding homes Consideration the workforce extended Replacing a 10,000 sq ft tile roof is a consuming task. The difference between the company we utilized and Dynasty was noticeable. Dynasty employees were considerate of the neighborhood. No loud music, no leftover trash blowing through the neighborhood at day's end, materials stacked daily, employees were friendly and considerate. Clean up: little or no damage to gutters downspouts, lanai screens, no damage to other property (nails in driving lanes) in the neighborhood. Next roof we need to replace, Dynasty will be our first call
Happy New Roof
Hi Dynasty Roof, Although I missed half of the Roof removal and the entire replacement of it …! I could tell from my neighbors, on how the process went uneventful except for some Florida weather, which Dynasty can’t control. Also very happy with the customer service, specially Erin Shipman with the follow up call. Very professional. The entire process came and went smoothly and very happy with outcome. I have and will refer Dynasty Roof without a doubt. Very professional outfit. Many thanks for the appeal process with Home Insurance. All around graceful for your service.
New Roof

Installation of a new tile roof
My experience with Dynasty was complete satisfaction from start to finish. Donnie John, Juan and his crew were professional,and on top of every detail including protecting our home from any storm damage during Elsa. Five stars to Dynasty for an amazing job on our beautiful roof!
Pleasantly Surprised
From start to finish we were very pleased with the ease of the process to replace our roof with Dynasty. In today's world, it seems you go into any large project assuming you are going to have a bad experience. The exact opposite can be said for the project we had them do. Everyone involved made sure it was a hassle free and easy process. From Kara and Roger getting the process started and Alana in the office who always made sure we were informed, to Donnie and Jon who supervised the actual job. Everyone we encountered at Dynasty were were all fantastic professionals as well as the unnamed work crew who were friendly and happy. All that's left now is the gutters and I'm sure that will go just as smooth.
competent , professional, helpful and caring
From day one to the last call I got from Victoria, everyone at Dynasty was very competent, professional, helpful and caring. I felt all those that had a part in re-roofing my home treated my roof and surrounding areas as if was their own. There were a few "minor" glitches, but they were handled immediately and above my satisfaction. Dealing with the office was extremely easy. Every one I spoke to was very understanding and professional. Dealing with the public is hard (I have had to do it) but these office ladies never stopped putting me "first", listening and caring. KUDOS to everyone who had a part in the roofing of my home. I will recommend Dynasty to anyone needing a new roof.
Courteous and Professional
Dynasty did a great job handling the insurance claim and working with the adjusters to get the project approved. We were very please with the final result. Erin Shipman even went above and beyond sending final invoice, proof of color photos and completion certificate to the insurance company.

We found everyone associated with Dynasty Building Solutions to be courteous, competent, and professional. They expertly guided us through every step in the process of getting a new roof. The work was done in one day, and the cleanup was thorough. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
Excellent Job
Roofers did an excellent job. Attention to detail. They were here on time everyday. They clean up after themselves. Ms.Erin was with me every step of the way. She did an excellent job. She made sure that the people that she dealt with, were informed of what was going on. Overall good professionalism
