Roof replacement was a breeze. The representative was very helpful and the crew even more so. They did the job quickly, well, and tended to any and all concerns and issues. During the insurance approval process though, support was a bit lax. It was billed as if Dynasty would do the leg work but for the most part the owner had to take on the bulk of the fight.
